MISSION
To engage with important social development and environmental issues
that exist both locally and globally in order to contribute towards positive
change within society, by:
 initiating our own projects
supporting organisations working towards similar goals
creating opportunities for marginalised and disadvantaged communities
 to gain a stronger voice in the discussion of issues that affect them.
This mission is proactively pursued through the following strategies:

MEDIA PRODUCTION and FACILITATION
Social Development Issues
Facilitation of self-advocacy projects within marginalised and disadvantaged
groups at the local, national and international level.
Production of media outcomes that promote positive social development locally
and/or globally, including develoment education and awareness raising.
Environmental Issues
Facilitation of creative media opportunities for local people, and �eco-tourists� that promote awareness of, and care for, the natural environment, especially
Fermanagh and the NW of Ireland.
Production of media outcomes that seek to highlight environmental issues,
or support organisations that responsibly seek to protect the environment. |

TRAINING and TEACHING
Provision of media training to organisations working in relevant fields,
including the development of their own appropriate media strategies.
Lecturing to appropriate under-graduate and post-graduate students about
the use of media to address social development and environmental issues. |

ADVOCACY
Production and publication of programmes, articles and academic papers that
promote the use of media to address social development and environmental issues,
and/or participatory communication methodologies. |
ETHOS
Our ethos, whenever possible, is to engage in participatory methodologies
which empower stakeholder groups to raise their own voice. We believe in
building the capacity of groups and organisations, and we seek to work with
people rather than for people. |
